Before Your Project

How do I get a quote for my concrete project?
We offer same-day on-site quotes. Contact us to schedule a visit, and one of our team members will assess your project and provide a detailed estimate right on the spot.
Is there a charge for the on-site quote?
No. Our on-site estimates are completely free with no obligation.
How quickly can you schedule my concrete pour?
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround. Depending on project scope and current demand, we can often schedule your pour within days of approving your quote.
What information do you need before providing a quote?
Basic details like the type of project, approximate size, and any design preferences help us prepare. We’ll confirm all the specifics during our on-site visit.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive for the quote?
Just have a general idea of what you’re looking for. If you have inspiration photos or specific patterns in mind for decorative work, feel free to share them during the visit.
What factors affect the cost of a concrete project?
Size, thickness, site preparation needs, reinforcement requirements, and any decorative finishes like stamping or staining all influence the final price. We’ll walk you through everything during your quote.
Can you match a specific decorative style or color?
Yes. We offer a wide range of stamp patterns and stain colors. Bring your ideas to the on-site consultation and we’ll help you find the right match.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We can guide you through permit requirements for your area and coordinate both the permitting and inspection process as needed to keep your project on track and compliant with local codes.
What if I need to change the project scope after getting a quote?
No problem. We’ll adjust the estimate based on any changes and review the updated scope with you before scheduling the pour.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Contact us to discuss payment options. We’re happy to work with you to find an arrangement that fits your budget.

During & After Your Project

How long does a typical concrete pour take?
Most residential projects like driveways, patios, and sidewalks are completed in two to three days. Larger commercial pours may take longer depending on scope.
How long before I can walk or drive on my new concrete?

Foot traffic is usually safe after 24 to 48 hours. We recommend waiting at least seven days before driving on a new driveway to allow proper curing.

What happens if it rains during or after my pour?

We monitor weather closely when scheduling. Light rain after finishing is typically fine, but heavy rain during a pour can be problematic. We’ll reschedule if conditions aren’t right.

Why are there lines cut into my new concrete?

Those are control joints. They’re strategically placed to manage natural cracking as the concrete expands and contracts, keeping your surface looking clean.

How do I care for my new concrete?
Avoid heavy loads during the first week and keep the surface clean. For decorative finishes, periodic resealing every few years helps maintain the color and protection.
When should I have my concrete resealed?
We recommend resealing stamped and stained concrete every two to three years, or sooner if you notice the finish starting to dull or wear. Standard broom finish is typically a matter of use case and preference. Have questions about your pour? Reach out!
Will my concrete crack over time?
In short, yes! Some minor cracking is natural with concrete. Proper base preparation, reinforcement, and control joints minimize cracking and keep it from affecting the integrity of your surface.
Can I add decorative features to existing concrete later?
In some cases, yes. Staining and overlays can refresh or enhance existing surfaces. We’ll evaluate your current concrete and recommend the best options.
